What is NEFRO's return policy? +
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pet refuses to eat NEFRO or you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us and we will arrange a full replacement or refund — no questions asked on the first bag.
Are NEFRO products available in pet stores? +
NEFRO is currently available online (nefropets.com) and through selected pet stores and veterinary clinics in Egypt. Use our store locator (coming soon) or WhatsApp us to find your nearest stockist.
