The terms that apply when you use our website and app, or place an order.
1. These terms
By using nefropets.com or the NEFRO application, or by placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and the mobile number used for one-time passcodes secure, and for activity under your account.
3. Products and information
We work to describe our products, ingredients and analyses accurately. Packaging, appearance and formulation may change; the information on the pack you receive prevails. Feeding amounts shown on this site and in the app are guidance, not a prescription — see our nutrition disclaimer in clause 9.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If a pricing or stock error is discovered before dispatch we may cancel and refund in full, and will contact you first.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout, or on delivery where cash on delivery is offered. We do not store full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7. Subscriptions
Where you take a recurring plan, it renews at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel or change the schedule at any time before the next dispatch from your account or by contacting us.
8. Returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Nutrition and veterinary disclaimer
NEFRO produces complete pet food. Nothing on this site, in the app, or produced by our nutrition tools is veterinary advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. It does not replace consultation with a licensed veterinarian. If your pet is unwell, pregnant, very young or old, or has a diagnosed condition, consult your veterinarian before changing diet. Never delay seeking veterinary care because of information from our service.
10. AI-generated guidance
Parts of our service use automated and AI-assisted tools to produce feeding estimates and suggestions. These outputs are generated from the information you provide and may be incomplete or incorrect. Treat them as a starting point and apply your own judgement together with your veterinarian's. See clause 9.
11. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no scraping or automated bulk collection, and no resale of our products as your own without a written agreement.
12. Intellectual property
The NEFRO name, logo, formulations, text, imagery and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction.
